Workshop Details
Introduction to Mosaics Workshop
- Adults: 3.5 hour classes available mornings and afternoons
- Guests will mosaic a 10"x10" framed mirror or 5x7 photo frame
- $70 for introductory workshop
- All materials and support provided
- Evening and weekend classes available upon request
- Children 12 & Under: Adult supervision required
- 2-hour class available mornings and afternoons upon request
- $40 for introductory kids' class
- All materials and instruction provided
- Finished projects are ready for grout one week after completion
- Plan to return to the Glassy Eyed Mosaics studio to either:
- Grout your piece (no cost)
- $30 for guests who prefer to have their mosaic grouted for pick-up

- If you're unable to complete your project in the allotted time (3.5 hours) you must return to the studio within six weeks to finish
- Projects left after six weeks will be discarded

What You Need to Know
- Before the introductory workshop we’ll review the materials and tools you’ll work with during class
- We’ll review safety tips to ensure you have the best and safest experience
- Keep in mind you’ll be working with tools to cut glass and there will be shards so there’s a chance you could cut yourself
- There’s a full first aid kit in the studio should you cut yourself
- Please wear closed-toe shoes
- Eye protection is a must! If you don't wear glasses a pair of safety glasses will be provided at no charge.
- Snacks and drinks are included
The Glassy Eyed Mosaic studio is packed with numerous choices to use to make your one-of-a-kind artwork. Guests are welcome to comb through the material available and we'll help you choose the shapes, colors and designs to turn your vision into a showpiece!
