The Joy of Workshops!
Although I no longer live in Europe, I'm fortunate to continue my mosaic education in the U.S. Since returning to Nashville I've traveled to Savannah, GA to work with Marzia Truant again to study color theory. Mireille Swinnen traveled from Belgium to Rochester, MN to teach her techniques for creating with smalti. I've taken a workshop in Chicago with Scottish artist Dugald (Dugie) MacInnes who brought beautiful Scottish slate and shale for his students to push their imagination. All this to say, I bring these amazing opportunities to you in the Glassy Eyed Mosaics studio and offer the same support and advice and guidance I've gained along my mosaic journey.
Visiting Artists
Nationally known mosaic artists, including Karen Sasine who is the founder of Mosaic Mentoring, will join us in Glassy Eyed Mosaics to share their talents and techniques. Information about workshops will be posted when dates are set.
